Michael has been working in construction since leaving school, starting out as a labourer for a highly reputable company on the South Coast. His strong work ethic and natural ability meant he quickly progressed, spending nine years working closely with leading tradesmen and gaining hands-on experience in structural procedures, groundworks, and masonry across both residential and commercial projects.

Recognised for his knowledge and dedication, Michael was soon offered a senior role with another company, where he managed a wide range of projects across Sussex, Kent, and South London. During this time, he oversaw major renovations, residential conversions, and high-end home transformations, building a reputation for delivering quality results and managing complex builds with confidence.

After five successful years, Michael took on a new opportunity as Project Manager for a property developer. Here he expanded his expertise further, completing bespoke new-build designer homes and small housing developments of up to nine properties. This role also deepened his knowledge of large-scale groundworks, infrastructure, service installations, and full site management — skills that are invaluable to every project he now undertakes.
